WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
On-Site
We come to you. Depending on your level of urgency, a technician will be dispatched to your location. Technicians carry most commonly required parts so they can complete the repair during the same visit. Sometimes though a part needs to be ordered and a 2nd visit is required. There are thousands of parts and it is impossible for the technician to carry 100% of the parts at all times.
Depot
Ship your equipment to us. We usually will have a diagnosis and quote for the repair to approve within a day after receiving the equipment. With your approval, we can complete the repair and have the device shipped out within another 24-48 hours. In most cases, Depot Services work great and save a considerable amount of money opposed to on-site services.
Time & Material
For larger repair projects or unique circumstances that don't fit the common repair need, we can work with you to provide customer pricing. We can create a solution that works for you!
Hot Swap Agreement
For companies with multiple locations that need to replace distressed barcoding equipment immediately. Our hot swap program ships out a replacement device overnight so it's in their hands within 24 hours minimizing downtime. The distressed equipment is shipped back to us, repaired and readied for it's next deployment.
Service Repair Agreement
You can place all of your devices under a service repair agreement that covers most or all costs related to repair occurrences during the length of the agreement. There are several lengths of agreements to consider ranging from 1 - 7 years, depending on the device you are wanting covered.
Preventative Maintenance Agreements
These are usually reserved for barcode printers because they have mechanical settings and moving parts that with regular maintenance, can yield longer printer life as well as smoother operations with less downtime.

Unlike our competitors that charge you to troubleshoot over the phone, our team is ready to help existing customers attempt to work through issues remotely. Of course we can't fix everything over the phone or with the snap of our fingers, but we can certainly try. We are always ready to help our customers avoid a true service repair call if possible.

To initiate repair, fill out and submit request form at the link below.
Once submitted, you will be contacted by our Support Team to confirm your barcode equipment repair request. You will shortly afterward receive preliminary pricing on what costs are associated with your repair. If you are okay proceeding, we will send you a Repair Authorization giving you instructions on next steps. It's that easy!
